Hi Holistic Folks,
Just wanted to say that we survived "snowmaggedon" (one of the many nicknames given to the 20+ inch snowstorm that buried DC/Maryland this past weekend. Hope you all had plenty of Arnica for that muscle soreness. Shoveling snow, sledding mishaps and ice wipe-outs can cause injuries and discomfort.
